Alaska just nodded, not wanting to admit that she was right. She went to her room, closing the door softly. She didn't have the energy to be mad

Maria stayed beside Victor, worrying for the man she considered her father. Victor has passed out and now was just relaxing.

Victoria narrowed her eyes at him before backing away, finally believing him. "Yeah, and I mean start small, right?"
Alaska started to sob in her room, sitting in the corner. A small part of her brain was telling her to just stop, just stop everything. It wasn't like anyone cared about her anyway. She ignored it for the time being

Maria just stayed beside Victor till she herself fell asleep. Victor was unmoving, his body not letting him wake up anytime soon. At least, it would let him heal up even if a tiny bit.

Victoria stared at the small patch of green, in what seemed to be a trance. She couldn't believe it...plants were growing back
Alaska choked a laugh. "No, nowhere close." Alaska hadn't bothered locking her door
