You dodge two but the third knicks your forearm. Cocoa is currently tussling with some clothing that had picked up a whip and looked like it would be the outfit to a lion tamer.

on the trim you can see the thread is glowing a dark purple, it seems to be coming alive with lightning designs.

The aeri flicks their tongue out and flaps their wings before flying out. When she comes back she has the feather in her mouth.

*i wince a lite at the knife hitting my arm, but i go to Cocoa to help her get free, using the knife i have left to cut the costumes*

you manage to surprise the lion tamer costume and cut it into ribbons. Suddenly a costume swoops down and tries to grab you from the trapeze. Cocoa bites the sleeve and rips it off but they'll likely try again.
