She tilts her head and then nods. She motions towards one of her flower petals. it must be a flower petal of some sorts.

I wonder why a flower petal would be glowing. I wait until that cart is at the bottom (when you are above something you have a better view)

You can see it a bit better now. it seems to be glowing a faint blue light and the closer you looked the more it seemed to grow and shift into a full flower.

I believe that it may be a magical flower. I wait to see whether the person on that cart continues riding or walks off

they continue riding. You also get a woozy feeling. Like the longer, you stay on the harder it is to move. you want to blend into the stillness.
