Every few days if it's my own, within the first two days if it isn't, given that I remember to do so

Potential Roles just off the top of my head:
- Companion manager (someone who has all the details for pets that players have asked to be transferrable across games, runners of games go to them for the details of a transferrable pet (if that makes sense))
- Member management (chases up members who haven't be active for a while, that sort of stuff)
- Head of mini-games (runs short games not related to any particular game, but with transferrable rewards)
- Copyright cop (helps deal with complaints of copying work, runs a list of people who do not want their stuff copied, other players' conditions for copying etc)

Currently about 12---but as pets are growing up in my hatchery, more will be added. I have an obsession with Blue Jay Zolnixi's so I have about six eggs in my hatchery just of that breed.
