I grow my dogs free-range. They're not leash-trained, so I walk outside... with them remotely in the area. The air's probably the best part, I personally find the pollen and fresh bear feces very refreshing.

Yeah, I like seeing the new trees coming up out of the ground. I found this one tree that's shaped like a number four, scarlet oak, broke during a wind storm in its early years and continued to grow from what broke off and its stump. I now call it the cosmic tree. Four is, after all, the cosmic number.

I have had a dirt bike for a couple of years now and I just now started getting into riding it. Turns out I was missing a LOT of fun. I wear a street bike helmet (I commandeered it from my mom) instead of a dirt bike helmet (like I'm supposed to) and we have lots of bugs that love nothing more than to splat into your face at high speeds and/or hang out inside your helmet (I had an incident with sweat bees). To fix this there is a plastic window thing you can slide over the face opening of your street helmet (there is no plastic panel on dirt bike helmets). When you put down the screen-thing it gets REALLY stuffy in there REALLY quick. To fix this new problem I simply go very fast so that the wind flows into my helmet. Now I am addicted to going very fast. Please send help.

-I was riding in my mom's car in the passenger seat when all of a sudden I see a little spider. You know this kind:




It was on my computer case which was on a pizza box which was on my lap (don't ask) and he just kind of appeared. I wasn't afraid and I just let it stay there, making sure it didn't leave the case. I planned on releasing it when I to home. I, uh, forgot they are jumping spiders.
It jumped on the pizza box, mom saw it, she squealed, then she squashed it.
Tears were shed for the small friendly spider.
