Goosebumps ran up Alaska's arms. She smiled at him. "That's really sweet of you," she said in a gentle tone. "But I'm pretty sure you should at least stick around long enough for them to have a father figure."

Victor smiled, putting his arms around Alaska and giving her a gentle hug. He kissed her cheek, trying not to sound shaken. " I know but.. I really want them to have a kind of normal life ya know? I.. I love you and them so much.. You know I would do anything for you Alaska... absolutely anything. " He said seriously, holding her tenderly.
