I wait for the empty cart and take a ride. Maybe once my cart is at the top of the wheel, I can look down at the cart that holds the coral. See if it's still glowing and pulsating.

you flip them over. one has two coins taped to it. Another has a folded up piece of paper, the third is blank and the fourth is blank.

as usual the ferris wheel stops at the top you can look down at the cart easily.

The coral is still pulsating but isn't glowing as brightly. It's almost hypnotizing. I get lost in it for a few minutes, not noticing that time is passing.

she growls next to you. You see one backflip over to the ladder of trapeze, climb up and prepare to swoop down at you. another grabs the rest of the throwing knives and prepares to throw. the last run to the clown car and squeezes in, revving up the engine.

*as i look at them, i throw knives at the ones i can, wondering how fast they are as well*
