Ulima blinked in surprise, the man wanted to adopt all of them? Not just one or two but every older child? Something was wrong, did he have ulterior motives or was he just kinder than he seemed. Ulima knew one thing, she did not want to be adopted by that man.

(Aya, back, AND I got my pink slip :)))
Elliott was standing down in the lobby, waiting for the other children. How would they get there? He couldn't possibly fit them all in a car. A few, maybe, but all of them? Even so, something was up, she just couldn't quite place her finger on it. It felt so...wrong. Did that make everyone here her siblings? The dream of a farm family seemed miles away, flowing down the drain. It just seemed a little too odd.

It was now nightfall, and most of the children should be waiting for the man by this time. Soon, he would arrive.. and they'd all be in for a surprise.
( I have an idea that at first he is kind to gain their trust... then hurts them, making them have mixed emotions with wanting to fight back but at the same time.. he was kind to them. )
