Victor snapped out of it at that and looked normal and looked to Alaska his eyes wide " What? Darlin' what'd I do? " He then looked to the bodies and understood " I snapped... didn't I? " He said with a crooked smile and a nervous laugh, " I... thought I was okay now.. " He said nervously, he walked away from it all and washed the blood from his arms and face before returning. He kneeled beside Alaska his touch just as gentle as it always was. " I told you, I ain't okay or normal.. I understand if.. if you don't wanna go though with this and ya guys want me ta go, I wouldn't a hurt any a ya but I.. tend to go overboard and well... ain't the first time I did that. " He hugged her gently, almost sure she would push him away. He tried to warn her he wasn't good, he was unstable. " I ain't ever gonna hurt you or the child Alaska, it only happens with people who hurt family. "

Rose just cried harder into his shoulder, holding him tighter. " I told you... I told you I didn't like it when he got like that and now he did.. He promised he was okay.. "

Alaska did push him away as he had expected. "How do I know that? What if one day...Look, I know that you snap sometimes. We all do, but...I have to protect my child." She didn't say 'our child' for a reason. "I'm sorry, and I don't want you to leave, just...just to keep your distance." She shuddered, looking at the man. She burst into tears, shaking and burying her face into her knees.

Maveric wasn't sure what to say to that. "People promise a lot of things."

Victor looked broken at that but still smiled, but it was clearly faked and painful for him. " I understand... I am sorry Alaska.. I am so sorry. " He said softly to her before standing and going to his own room, cleaning the body and sitting down. He was calm for a few moments before he broke down crying, he lost the love of his life and his child over something he couldn't control, but he would act okay, he would do as she asked for he still loved her.

( HmmmMMMmm what can we do to make this worse? Oh I know! Send in Victoria. )

Rose calmed down soon " I know.. but I thought maybe he was okay. He usually is.. he just is protective. "

Alaska ignored him, standing and figured she would give up on his prosthetic. He was already dangerous enough, she wouldn't be the one that would help him become stronger and more dangerous. She would work on something else, like...uhm...a stroller or something. She needed to work her stress away. She locked herself in the room.

Victoria knocked on Victor's door before coming in. "I'm Victoria, by the way. Just letting you know." She put her hands up innocently. She was pretty silent after that, just going and sitting by him

"A little too protective. And I'm sorry that just about happened to you. That guy was...had intentions."

( I am known for my drama, I see Alaska taking awhile to slowly realize that Victor is a danger but not to them. )

Victor didn't respond for awhile and finally said, " Am I a bad person? I wanted Rose to be safe... so I killed them.. I didn't mean to go that far I can't help it.. Oh god why? Why couldn't be I be normal... maybe then Alaska wouldn't of left me... now I won't ever hold my child in my arms.. I wouldn't be surprised if she kicked me out when they are born.. " He sounded so dreadfully broken. " That bullet should of hit my heart. "

" I know that Maveric.. and it's okay at least Victor dealt with them. "

(And by the time she does Victor has grown close to Victoria or something)

"You're not a bad person, she's just gone through things that make her...vunerable. Seeing that man triggered something and it broke her spirit. I'm sure she'll come around. Eventually. She always has, whether I wanted her to or not. Don't be so hard on yourself."

"Yeah. It's good that he stopped him before he could've done any damage."

" But I ripped them apart... I know what she went through and I didn't mean to trigger it. People have hurt me before, hurt my sister but ya know if it was my pa or ma I wouldn't react... It is just those who aren't close. I tried to warn her but... " Victor sighed " But nothin' she didn't understand what I meant.... " He let himself calm down and relaxed a bit. " Well, I bet you're right, she probably will be okay.. I hope so at least. "

" Yeah.. I am glad but we should clean those up before he comes back at midnight and takes the heads.. "

"Are you kidding? We're talking about Alaska. She'll be fine. And it wasn't your fault, alright? Whatever happened back then...well, you couldn't have stopped it. I have a feeling that if she hadn't gone through all that trauma she wouldn't be like she is now, she wouldn't have basically dumped you."

Maveric nodded

" Well if we are honest that snap started due to seeing so much blood.. oh the image won't leave my brain. They locked me up in a room of there murder victims for a week with no food, I went mad.. that is when it started. Never got better, did everything I could but I just couldn't fix it. Also I didn't go through much, Alaska must of been through a lot worse. "

" Do you want me to help with that..? "

(.....What if Victoria has a kid and gives it to Alaska and Alaska pretends that the kids were siblings)

Victoria laughed humorlessly. "You have no idea. She told me all about it, and I think it would've broken me if I was in her place. I would have given up." She wondered why she hadn't given up before, maybe because there were too many people around, or maybe it was because she kind of knew that Alaska would leave Victor at some point. There weren't too many reasons, though.
