Purfolium said, then turned to the Faelora of the town, "And as for you, Earth, accusing people based on dreams is even worse than watermelons and cockatiels! Unless Strawberry became a prophet and didn't tell the rest of us, nightmares don't tell us anything. Unless anyone has any other evidence, I'm not voting."

"Well, let's think this through carefully. I agree with Snek here, we should be careful about how we act. We would be subjecting one of our neighbors to death!" Her eyes met Skyla's. Probably for the best though, the forest isn't safe at night, and any more houses would attract unwanted attention. Asking about the Mafia would probably be like waving a red flag right now, but I can't help but be curious too. "I also think we shouldn't judge too quickly. You are, after all, a caretaker, so knowing the dietary needs of birds isn't too far out of your comfort zone. In fact, when this is over, I need to talk with you, as well as Niki." She grinned at Purfolium. "I hope that's alright?"

Missy calms down a touch at Echo's reason. "I guess that does seem wise."

Esmeray rubs her eyes tiredly. "Well, this meeting was rather pointless, wasn't it?" she notes drily. "All we've accomplished today is argue over who left a watermelon on the ground last night. Although I suppose we have obtained a few leads..." She stretches her wings, voice trailing off. "Anyway, I do have my own suspicions regarding whom it was, but I'm not going to vote just yet."
