Victor blushed as her statement but grinned none the less " I would really like that Alaska, it that's okay with you.. You don't have to. " He stated grinning still, loving the idea of staying beside her. He would need to be nothing less then a gentleman though, and he knew it.

Rose had returned from the small patrol around the building, a little blood on her after killing some Zombies.

Alaska shrugged. "It's a bunk bed. You can have the bottom one. And it's really not a problem. It's really quiet at night, and believe it or not, I need noise to focus. On anything." She shrugged again. She held his hand with hers. "We should probably get that stump of your bandaged up."

Maveric had set the cake boxes on the table. He went outside to look for the other cake but to no avail. He spotted Rose and went up to her. "What happened?" he asked, licking his thumb then rubbing the blood off her.

" Alright, thank you again, I promise not to be too much of a bother.. " He looked to his bad arm and nodded " Yeah.. I need to get that fixed. Luckily it wasn't my writing hand. " He then heard something coming there way and stopped, but it was just Maria chasing Roger, Roger hid behind Victor and Victor just laughed. " Hi Victor! What happened to your arm? " Maria asked seeming to not care about the blood. " A small accident that's all, now why is Roger running? " Maria held up a small pink bow " He won't let me put it on.. " Victor grinned at her, " How about when I get fixed up we can play dress up with Roger and I can fix somethin' up for you to eat? " Maria smiled brightly and hugged Victor tightly. " Thank you Victor! " She went back to going after Roger. Victor then remembered something and looked to Alaska " I forgot to warn you, when Mari has nightmares she likes to stay with me. "


Rose smiled a little " Just some Zombies too close to the base, we ought to get started on that wall soon. "

"That's fine. And I don't blame Rodger," she said, wrinkling her nose. "I hate pink. Poor Rodger." Bailey was running around base too, but for no reason. Lani just laughed as she watched her. Victoria was nowhere to be seen.

Maveric nodded. "Alright. Want some cake?"

" I honestly like pink... one day I wore an entirely pink outfit for Anna " He was pretty sure she didn't know exactly who Anna was, or so he had hoped.

" Yes please.. I bet they are delious.. "

She nodded. "You must have loved her to wear all pink to school. I bet almost everyone teased you that day." She had no memory of that day, as she was gone.

Maveric nodded. "Which kind?"

" Alaska I was captain of the football team and the one who was involved with a street gang... only friends teased, but yeah everyone at the least laughed at me. I think I might still have the outfit.. "

" Chocolate please, I love Chocolate. "

"You should change it to blue somehow." She said, even though she knew that would probably never happen.

"Alright." He found the chocolate one and handed it to her. "I don't want any, I just ate leftovers."

" You want to see me wearing all blue? I half expected you to suggest I should wear a navy uniform. Or nothing, I know you like to stare. " Victor teased.

Rose cut herself a small slice " It is delicious "

"Either that or something tight. And the same goes for you, Viccy." She stuck a tongue out at him, raising an eyebrow at the same time. "And I don't even have to wear anything tight, you still stare."

"Good. I'm glad we found the cakes. It's not healthy, but it's food."
