Alaska was silent at that. She bit her lip. After all of this, he was still kind to her. She had been wanting to cry lately, and she tried to not, but she couldn't. She hoped that he wouldn't notice. She buried her head into his bare chest

" Yeah that looks bad.. " She said as she spotted the store. " Luckily it is right there. " quickly Rose rushed over to it, checking for any Zombies before walking inside.

Victor smiled and gently put him arms around her, giving her a loving, caring embrace. He didn't notice she was crying, but what he did realize is that she was for once trusting someone to be there for her without fighting them off. That made him feel honored. " Hey Alaska... " He whispered in the sweetest voice, " I love you.. and only you. "

Lani and Victoria were right behind her. They were jumpy

Alaska nodded. "Yeah, me too." She didn't mean that she loved herself, just that she loved him and only him, but it's not like she was about to say it. She sniffed and hugged him back, glad that after she pulled her 'gone for a while' stunt he still loved her

( What if they find a golden retriever puppy? Like Emma... )

" It's safe you two, mostly " She said as she started to look for supplies, or food that could be used.

Victor knew what she had meant by it and still grinned happily. He wanted to hold her in his arms forever and ever if she so let him. His breathing returned to a steady pace along with his heart rate. " I have a surprise for you.. I think you really are gonna like it.. "

Lani nodded, entering after Rose, Victoria right behind her.

"Oh really? And what is that?" She wasn't sure what she was gonna do if he got drunk again. That was pretty crazy. And she hadn't even been all the way drunk then. She held back a shudder. She pushed him away from her. "Okay, that's enough sappy stuff. Tell me your surprise!"

Rose started to look around and found something, she knew what teasing she could do if she did this right, " Victoria I need some help over here real quick. "

Victor laughed and smiled " I thought you needed a better weapon... soooo I made you something while I was healing up... " He left the showers and got dressed in cleaner clothing, returning with a large metal bat, decorated with metal spikes and a machete blade attached to the side of it, the ultimate melee weapon.

Victoria pushed past Lani and went to help Rose with whatever she needed help with.

Alaska got dressed in clean clothes and turned off the water. When she turned around and saw the weapon, she just about squealed. "It's amazing! Thank you so much! But you realize that I'm keeping my old one too, right? Nothing personal, it's just got me through a lot of crap."

Rose showed her the puppy " You should give it to Lani. "

Victor nodded, understanding. " I figured as such, but I wanted you to be safe while I was healing up.. I hope it ain't too heavy, it is around 10 pounds.. "

( Now we wait for Alaska to debate telling Vic she is preg. )

Victoria narrowed her eyes at Rose. "Alright..." She took the puppy and gave it to Lani. Lani started jumping up and down in excitement. "It's mini Emma! She's so adorable!"

Alaska took it in her hands. It weighed about as much as Elizabeth did...She stumbled backward, ending up against the wall. She started to breathe heavily, sliding into a sitting position. She had dropped the bat without even noticing.

Rose smiled, happy that she was playing match maker... but also she would be teasing them later.

Victor noticed this and quickly went to aid her, wondering what he had done wrong. He took her hands in his, a fearful worried look in his eyes. " Alaska what is it? " He sounded panicked, he wanted to help her in any way he could.
