As I imagine most of you are aware of by now, the database issue that we had a few days ago did some damage on both Pet Types (Starter, Generated, Tamed, etc) and the Spring Festival Garden feature. We have been working on trying to restore this data as best as we can. This thread will be updated with information regarding such work.

Update 1 (6/13 @ 5:30pm)
All Pet Types should now be restored to... hopefully 99.99% accuracy. Since, at this time, the data was entirely lost, I had to use the art of deduction to put the pieces back together and I feel fairly confident that almost all pets should now accurately reflect what they are. The one exception to this is Mystical Generated Pets. I have no way at all to differentiate Mystical Generated Pets from Enhanced Generated Pets so both of those are now just identified as Enhanced. If you have a Mystical Generated Pet and you wish its proper identification to be restored, please send me a PM with a link to the Pet's Profile Page.

Additionally, if you have any other issues of pets being incorrectly identified, please PM me the details.

On the bright side, most (or all) of those old Exclusive pets that were never tagged as such should now carry their proper tag lol...

I am still hoping for the best that this data can be restored, but we won't know until, at the earliest, Monday. The company that owns the backup service that we use will be investigating the issue that we had and will see if they can fix it. If they can fix... and the data was saved properly but just not restored properly, I will be able to put everything back the way it was 100%. So we'll see in regards to that.

For the Garden, that is still unavailable. It unfortunately was damaged beyond repair with what was done... I had a lot of critical data for the Garden using the bugged data type and having it all set to '1' has pretty much made it impossible to know what was what. So, again, if they can restore it that would be awesome and everything can be put back the way it was. If not, we will figure out some sort of alternative solution and will let you know what we come up with. Either way, we are fully aware of the value of the Garden and what you guys had in there and we will do everything we can to make it work. Please just be patient while we get it all sorted out.

But I noticed my tamed themed are not listed as 'Tamed'.
They have the themed tag, and nothing else. No even exclusive as it said earlier.
Just nothing.

Exactly, having the same problem.

I have the same issue and I'm assuming that is why I can't use a genetic mutator on a couple of my SW Aeri.

Sorry. I had moved them to a temp type to make sure it was correct before making them Tamed. Guess I forgot to move them to Tamed.

Should be set now.
