Hm? I'm a little confused, sorry-- of course the character is entirely yours, but the template used is the one I made for our PRP, hence the "Day Job [leave blank]" in the middle of it xP

i snagged the day job part because i'm lazyand i meant to grab the hard words my dyslexia wont let me read (or spell) again, so sorry about that (side note i did spell your name righ, correct?)

I'm still a little confused, the form/character you used in the example is still exactly the same one we were using in our PRP here? (With me posting the form in the post above the linked one.) Like, I don't mind if you use the character you made there as your example of form writing, I'd just like acknowledgement for the creation of the form itself used for that character, seeing as it seems to be entirely copy pasted.)
(Yep, you did ^^ I meant for you to put it under the example itself, though, because only the example is sourced from our PRP. And I don't really use it for most of my PRPs, it's part of my usual from with bits taken out and stuff to fit the scene of the precise PRP we were doing.)

it should be on both of them as subtext (?) i grabbed the "dayjob" and "accesories" sections from your template, as most of the one i posted to you roleplay was already stored on an external site and i just copied and pasted it to your roleplay and added the nessacry categories ( job, accesories and other)
i have all my OCs saved on a word doccument usuing the DND format as that usually covers all the bases, and has spellcheck

Er, no offense, but... it's in exactly the same form template I used? Like wording, order of categories and all.
The info of your OC is all your own, of course. But the form used is precisely the same one I made. I don't mind you using it to display the info of your character in the example (as long as you don't use form itself for making other things), but seeing as the example seems to be directly copy-pasted from the roleplay and it would be a huge coincidence to have the exact same category names and orders...
(You don't need to put it on the first one ^^)

if you would like me to change it i would be happy to do so, the original was edited to fit the order it is on your thread so as not to create confusion or have me grabbing information from the wrong section when in a hurry. as stated above i am willing to change the order of the template if you find it too simmilar to your version of it, and i have added the annotations you asked for.

Please change it to one that's completely originally your form. I'm having trouble understanding that it's simply a rearranged version of your form when the entire form is exactly the same as the one I wrote up, including my wording :/
I don't mind if you use it just for an example/display of character information, but if you're going to use that form in your commissions, I'll have to ask you to use one that's entirely your original creation if you're going to use it for other people.
(Initially I had assumed that you were only going to fill in a form already provided by the customer and that the one from our RP was just an example of a character you made-- not create a form for them based off of mine, hence why I only asked for source credit initially.)
