It is not the case, HE simply is embidextrous and have master the hability of writing without looking at the paper tho he will absolutely take adventage of any confusion if it mean getting to his goal.
Brigning and/or maintaining the balance of the kingdom by any mean necessary, if it isnt damaged there is no nead to fix it but if it is, it may be more cost effective to start anew.
