Hey all, I just registered this past week and wow, I am impressed. I can't believe I didn't know about this site, this is great! I love the RPG elements and the gearing system. Major kudos to the devs, I can't think of the last game I joined that immediately sucked me in like this. Anyway just wanted to say hi and introduce myself, happy Saturday folks~

I've been playing this game for almost 3 years now, so if you ever have any questions, I may be able to help. You can also make a thread on the Q&A forum, and the community will hop on it. We're always willing to help someone out since we were all noobs once, too.
A thing I'd like to introduce you to is releasing. Releasing a pet simply removes them from your stables and hatchery, but you can always get them back for 50 diamonds. By releasing pets you don't use/can't seem to sell, you open up more room in your stables for more pets. The fun thing about releasing, is by releasing a pet over 42 days of age, you can increase your chances of finding a wild egg in an explore zone called The Lost Grove, which currently is the final zone.
There are also special pets called themes, which are rare pets that can only be obtained a certain way. They have a special color pallet and are more valuable that regular pets. Themed pets can be found by exploring the Lost Grove, exploring festival zones, creating them during festivals, and even by winning forum games. There are 2 types of themed pets: Tagged, which are the first generation and can only be obtained by capturing or making them, and Purebred (PB) which can only be obtained through breeding two of the same themes.
There are also really rare themes called pre-tagged, which are themes but without the little stars and title in their info. An example of a pre-tagged theme that I own, is a Springtime Zolnixi, she was my first Pre-tagged theme, and I hold her close to my heart.

Hello, thank you for the tips! Sounds like I should hold onto a few of the pets I hatched and am not so sure about keeping after they get a bit older, hehe. I did discover the pet themes fairly quick by accidentally buying one (a driftwood Aurleon) - I absolutely love that feature. The rest is new though and I really appreciate it, I've been wondering what the name colors meant and now I know.
My favorite species is definitely the Aurleon so far! I love all the avian-ish species though.

Heeeeello there! My name is Mystiria827, commonly known as Myst! I'm primarily a roleplayer known for my errant pings ('Myst Pings' as I've learned to call them xD), overuse of XD, lol, and ^^ as substitute punctuation, and hoarding of Aurleons that I can't possibly afford to feed! You can frequently find me stalking hanging out in the forums! Let me know if you need anything- also, I'll drop an Aurleon egg here when I can! I've got far too many of the little birdies xD
Edit: I promised- enjoy your new Purebred Frosted Forest Aurleon! It's a Themed pet, which means it's fancier and worth a tad bit more than your average bet! :)

I do love birds. I am overwhelmed hahaha, thank you so much! My stables are turning into full blown aviaries, I have no complaints. Thank you!
