I am absolutely in love with the WoL avi items and always have been - how do you obtain them?

If you're referring to the retired ones, then you can get them from an retired WoL avi box, which you can get from the diamond shop during the WoL event.

As for ones available during the fest, you can get them by combing candy hearts that you can obtain by named bosses & nurturing. (But of course it's not a guarantee.)

Ah, there's no fest zone for it, you can get them from the LG or *SBO, *AT & dungeons iirc.
*Your party has to be at/or under lvl 59, & I don't remember if that counts for the dungeons or not.
