I think that puffadores should be fabled, they are the only fabled essence that isn't actually fabled, it is considered fabled, and you can't find it in the wild, that fits all the categories of a fabled species, but it still isn't fabled! it is just suggestion, but i do think a puff fits all the right category's for a fabled species.

I do agree that the Puffadore is in categories of "Fabled" from Frost Essences to not being in the wild, but most of the fabled species are something like, a Dragon (Ny'vene) or Phantom (Ryori). The puffadore just looks like some sort of puppy.

No support, becoming a Fabled means the breeding cooldown jumps from three days to a week, plus then they'd have to do more art to change the egg's appearance. Just kinda seems like unnecessary work :(

they are fabled. you cant get venes in the wild either

'being found in the wild' isn't the dividing line between regular and fabled species; Nephini and Ferrikki are found in the wild year-round (and it cannot be argued that it's only in specific areas, as the same stands for many species- lunemara and kelpari, for example, cannot be found in regions 1 or 2.)
The true fabled species differ from the regulars in their higher base stats (~double whatever the equivalently obtained regular has) and longer breeding cooldown (7 days compared to 3)
Puffadore is a 'pseudo-fabled' due to its extremely restricted method of obtainment, and their catalysts are fabled rarity to reflect that despite them not filling any of the other fabled tickboxes.

(making them fabled out of the blue would probably make things like peoples' breeding project plans a bit wonky, with that added breeding cooldown)
