I started quoting Night Vale in the Region Chat and found other WTNV listeners! :D To keep us from overwhelming all the uninitiated with our talk of dog parks, hooded figures, and double-killings, I decided to make a thread for us to channel our WTNV love into and perform our elaborate listener rituals in (btw, somebody better bring a goat for that later).

The one order of business is: Making WTNV avatars after we can put our seasonal ones away! Thrackerzod and I were thinking hooded figures. Just imagine. An army of hooded avatar figures. Lurking in the corners of their digital, pixelated plane. The entire website of Sylestia as their dog park.....

Or you could go for the gold and make a Glow Cloud avatar. Or make one of something different. Or not make a Night Vale avatar at all! It is your avatar and you may do whatever you wish with it, save summon it onto our plane to do your bidding, as the necessary rites have been banned by the City Council as part of their recent cyber-security policy.

Here is a list of things one could do:

- Talk about how lovely Cecil's voice is
- Discuss WTNV theories
- HAIL THE GLOW CLOUD
- Have friendly debates about who should be the next mayor of Night Vale
- Talk about perfect Carlos and his perfection
- Share WTNV headcanons

Here's a related list of things one probably should not do:
- Rudely bash other characters, as they might be people's favorite or favorites
- Trash people's WTNV ships
- Blood-rituals meant to summon ancient dark beings from alternate realms of reality
- Generally violate Sylestia's forum rules

I'm actually quite a few episodes behind. I tend to listen to them with my grandmother while we take my grandfather to work, so I've had to keep it matched to that schedule.

My friend listens to this! She let me listen to a random episode one day. I really have to listen to them all at some point.
