Heya all

Sooo i am making a recipe book for a friend of mine filled with lots of different recipes (baking, dinner, sweets etc) along with different levels of difficulty. Though most of these will be from my books/ideas i really wanted to include some of your recipes too.

This friend of mine is gluten intolerant but has a very quirky cooking style so can and does adapt their recipes to fit themselves

If you would like credit for the dish/recipe please add your user name to your post. Otherwise please just put how hard you think it will be out of 10, what kind of dish/recipe it is and what season you think it's best for (if any).

Thank you soo much :D <3

Alrighty, sorry this took so long!

It's my Kidney Bean Soup! Serves about 2, I think?

Ingredients:
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 small to medium onion, cut into pieces
- 1 can of tomatoes, cut into pieces
- one tsp of grated ginger
- 1/2l of vegetable stock
- 50g greek yoghurt
- chili or cayenne pepper or similar to taste
- garam masala spice mix to taste, roughly 1/2 tsp I'd say
- a pinch of sugar
- salt to taste in case vegetable stock isn't salty enough
- a pinch of cumin
- tiny splash of lemon or lime juice
- parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. bring onions and potatoes to boil in vegetable stock, let boil until potatoes are roughly done
2. add beans, ginger and tomatoes
3. blend until mostly mixed
4. add everything but the parsley, let simmer for a few minutes
5. serve with parsley on top
