Setting will be in a nondescript town on the east coast of America I guess, we can make things up as we go

Several strange phenomenons have been occurring across several areas along the coast. No one who looks into them ever finds anything substantial of evidence to know whats going on. Theres been a string of bodies with a single puncture wound in them appearing all across the country and other bizarre deaths. To those who know the secret of the arrow, however, things are much more obvious.

-There will most definitely be blood and fighting so if that makes you uncomfortable dont join

Bio: Granddaughter of Joseph Joestar as a result of an affair he had at some point. Her dad was killed by an enemy stand user so she lives only with her mom and younger brother who she loves and cares for a lot. She didnt understand why her father chose to keep the Joestar surnamed since he practically abandoned her family, but assumes its just for the inheritance money. Shes had her stand ever since she was a little girl and her father taught her a little bit about it before his passing. Joy is currently a high school student who wants to join the Speedwagon foundation to do more research on Stands and Stand users (Pools by glass animals)

Stand ability: His stand well.....disintergrates things into ash. Over time those things will reform nack into whatever they once were though the bigger the target the longer it takes. Meinke also sometimes absorbs the impact and ths has left a good bit of scarring since using his stand on himself actibely burns him.
Appearance: brown hair, dark eyes, thin build. Usualy wears long clothing especially on his arms.
Bio: Meinke always vuewed his stand as negative, even thoguh his family woild insist that it wasnt. Meinke is rather antiaocial becauseof his stand and the only reason he's less antisocial now is because he met another stand user with a stand that was just as unpredictable. However Meinke is still rather shy and tries to keep to himself, prefering to hide away in his art rather then get involvedwith anything.

Bio:
Anna is a high school senior that was studying to become a detective before she was shot by an arrow through the chest, nearly costing her her life when her stand first initially failed to manifest. She's been since quietly investigating the incident and the strange deaths and disappearances that seem to follow it. She's still clumsy about controlling Rhinestone Eyes as the stand seems to have a mind of its own most of the time.
She still has a scar under the right side of her rib cage.

Personality: Anna is fairly happy-go-lucky most of the time and finds it easy to get along with most people, even if she can be easily startled and has a frequent tendency to trip over her own words and embarrass herself. She has a can-do attitude and a tendency to get obsessive over things once she gets started on a project.
Anna's a bit of a natural klutz, but isn't one to back down from a fight. She is often doted on by her overprotective mother, Laura, who has a tendency to treat her like a child since her incident.

i have no idea what im doing but im assuming that stands are basicaly liek in MHA except that another being has the power and the person xan cintrol that. *throws Tin aside and shoves in Meinke since im too alzy to think up something for Tinboy and Meinke has a more fun ability.*

Yeah, I guess its something like mha quirks except they can also come in the form of items and theres a lot of variables about them (range, power, etc) the only thing is that they gotta be named after a song so if you can just fix that you should me good
