I've seen people post "dream avatar" on their profiles or whatnot but [s]how[/s] where do they create those avatars?

When you go to your wardrobe you have access to look at all the avalable (non-custom) avi items in the game. They are sorted, by default, to only show what you own but by clicking the green checkmark you can also see the items you dont have yet. You can then click on them to see what they would look like on your avatar but you wont be able to save them, what you can do instead is to coppy the image and post it somwhere to have a quick accs to it once you do unlock those items.

(also just a note that the profiles and pm pages use slgihtly different coding, for example the url= on the forums is urllink= on the pm/profile pages
