What is a way to delete an account to start all over again?

No, and you can only create one account

You can ask Krin if he can reset your account. I dont know if he can but you can give it a shot.

No, you can't delete your account, and no, you can't create a second one. However, if you're wanting to start over again from scratch, you can just release/sell everything, then give away all your gold/diamonds. Other than being able to do the story line again, that's pretty much starting over again from scratch.
If you're wanting to see the story line again.... well, the best you can do is check out the walk through. It's rather comprehensive.
