First a huge thanks to Scathreoite! For your generosity and all your info!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate it.
I played with the generator a bit, just to see what all the species looked like; these are my favorites:
Puffadore, Zolnixi, Lupora, Lighira, Griffi, Ferrikki and Vulnyx, the last being my chosen species for my starter pet.

Is there a help or FAQ forum somewhere that I've missed?
I need to know things! lol

Anyway, I look forward to meeting folks, playing, the game, breeding the pets and exploring.

BTW just in case you don't know healers are a scam and don't get your potions form the marketplace, get cheap high-level pets off trade broker and check out the player guides forum for the missions guide, that's an easy way to get free stuff without too much effort.

You can also nurture, and when you get 1000 scales, go to the Scale Shop and buy some pet dyes, those sell very well on the broker

Some random tips:


Breeding.....Well, you can't really make too much profit from it anymore unless you have a themed, stattered pet, or something of that sort. Most things don't sell if they don't have lot of visibles/restricted trait sets,, aren't themed, are dishwasher pets, etc. Also price above 500g cuz the Releasers do release anything for sale that is under that. Feel free to ask if you want pricing advise.

Healers are a huge scam. Do not. Do not. But do missions-theres a guide here

I am spending most my time reading all of this now instead of feeling frustrated at least :)
I did receive a lot of help from Scathreoite, they were kind and generous and explained a LOT! They also gave me a whack of stuff I can't even use yet but I am not quite willing to just sell off either lol

I am going to keep the pets I have bought from others or the ones that I bred (egglings in my hatchery still) but will be much more careful about purchasing in the future. I was thinking about buying diamonds, but I am not even sure what all the stuff in the diamond shop is yet or how the special events work so opted not to yet!

I don't know what you mean by the "healers" being scammers, but I am going to say that's a good thing since if I don't know what that means, I probably didn't get taken advantage of by them lmao!

If you might have maybe 2 high stat pets to spare that I can actually use at my level lol

I seem to be having some difficulty getting out of the fungal grove into the next area and have literally spent the last day of play, leveling most of my pets to 20 in the fungal grove. Got my butt kicked by the bandits at the beginning of the next area and now just having to wait wait wait for missions that seem to only give potions I can't figure out how to use in battle, or just gold.

You will need two party place in there, a high stat pet base health has 400+, and base mana has 100+
Do you want a beautiful and high stat pet?
And a max stat pet base health is 2000 and base mana is 200.

I will definitely take the high stat pet just to help get me through that area.
I hate being a beggar so the "beautiful" pet is certainly not necessary tho :)
I am happy with an ugly high stat pet to get me going lol. it's starting to get really slow and boring in fungal grove . . .

I am beginning to learn that most "tamed" pets are not exactly useful for the whole fighting / explore advance / leveling experience . . . and that is pretty much what I am interested in at this point, just get a little further just to see what's on the other side lol

He hears are found wandering in the second region or in the plazas of he region towns.

A lot of people here are pretty friendly an helpful, that's msot of why I stayed lol. It's nice to have quick response times to questions and admins that interact wih us too.

During most festivals (we have one riht now, fourth of july event and you cna easily get ranks quick by going to the hatchery and nurturing since he first 7 ranks are prety easy if you nurture a lot) there are diamond sales and then theres Balck Friday too so definitley check prices and check for certain bundles. You can save a lot on stables and get certain items wih diamonds, thoguh I'd say dontspend them on festival activities unless you're swimming in diamonds or you dont mind paying and al.
