I tried to look for the answer myself but could not find it. I know that last year the decorated eggs turned into old eggs that you could sell, I was wondering if this year I need to save my eggs or use them?

Tokens from this spring fest will not be turning into sell-able ones anymore. You don't have to use them, of course, but they'll be entirely useless after fest is over.
