Frosted Horns Guild Other Royalty- Frostblast: One of the first frostscale dragons. He mentored Queen Penguin and fought for equality of frostscale dragons.
Champion- Arctic: a former prince but now serves as the Queen's Champion. His animus abilities allow him to shapeshift. He often disguises himself as a LeafWing with leafspeak.
Royal Guard- Blizzard: A clever and agile IceWing warrior. Formerly served as assassin and champion.
Soldier- Shard: Daring IceWing that tends to fight before negotiating.
Citizen- Whisper: Frostblast's daughter. The peace-loving and loyal dragonet is 1/2 IceWing, 1/4 HiveWing, and 1/4 SilkWing.

The Skywings of the Soaring Skies Guild
Queen Cassowary of the SkyWings - Strong minded and strong willed dragon, she is fierce in protecting her throne and country. She does not raise her voice, as her subjects know her word is law. She had a king, but killed him herself for treason.
Princess Phoenix - A very creative diplomatic dragon, she walks and speaks softly, and is named after her beauty and the intense color of her scales, which are deep oranges and reds. She is the oldest Skywing princess, and many Skywings are eager for her reign, for it may be a prosperous one with some long awaited peace. She is rumored to be an animus, most most scoff this off, because the Skywings supposedly killed off all their animuses. (Hint: she is. She gave her mother a blood red ruby ring that makes dragons extremely afraid of her when in her presence, in exchange her secret is kept and Phoenix shall have the throne when her mother is satisfied. Which wont happen, but Queen Cassowary would never say that.)
Prince Robin (Also a low ranking soldier in the army) - Similar to Turtle, he likes to stay out of the way. He goes unnoticed, and like his sister, he has a soft voice. He is humble and does what is asked of him. He is not shy, he just does not like attention. He is open minded, and enjoys getting to know other dragons one on one. He has not spent much time with his sister, as she is busy often, but when they do, it's one of his favorite things to do.
Commander Altitude - The Queens top commander, he advises her in battle tactics and troop implications. Not that she needs it. A palace rumor has it that he aims to be Cassowary's new King, and may have had a hand in the framing of the old.
Royal Guard Striker - He is a brave and kind dragon. Almost as strong as Apex, he quickly became the Queens Royal Guard.
Queen's Champion Apex - A very proud dragon. He is one of the strongest Skywings, so he fights for the Queen. He has no family, and is a Firescales. He was spared by the queen as a hatching and now owes her a life debt he is happy to repay as her champion.

All your dragons are accepted, Queen Penguin! (Though you may have to remove some of the powers if the other dragons don't have any. We'll just have to see.)

I would recommend giving some of them powers like maybe animus, ashscales and firescales.
