I got an egg from completing a dungeon. Would it be a mythical or legendary Sylesti or is it random.

For me, they're usually rare.
DotF can rarely drop a vene theme from the Vierna fight. But if it's just a random encounter or from opening the chest after beating Vierna, then it'll just be random (non-fabled) species, random traits but probably 1v or 2c.
