It's the year 12300
Technology is so advanced it's almost like magic.
Democracy is the ruler of everything. (Well almost anyways...)
And freedom rings everywhere. (Mostly)
Antarctica is populated.
And instead of hundreds of countries, there are only 14.

But something's wrong.
There's a group of hackers who want restoration of control. A new USSR. They have already taken over all of the United Countries of America (Canada, U.S.,Mexico), Middle America, and South America, and are now working on Westafri (West Africa).
People in living in what the group calls "Communira" all carry a label which determines their fate. And not every tag given out is good.
You are one of the few *cough cough* who want a better life. One where the world is restored to normal.
You have been approached in secret by Aseurotech (a combo of European and Asian countries), and have accepted a chance at helping to end this nightmare.
But it's a long, hard road.
Can you change your fate?
Or will you succumb to the darkness beginning to cloud the world?

2. Remember, this is the year 1230. Nothing is the same. Technology is everywhere, and it's almost magic. in a way but not quite.
3. Normal RP rules apply. (I control the story (to some extent), etc.)
4. Don't hate the player, hate the OC.

6. Please don't make me ban you-I haven't had to do that yet and that's a good thing.
7. You didn't know your family before, but Aseurotech was able to track down some of your family. Please remember that. (Also, if you wish you can play two related characters who knew each other but now know they're related thanks to Aseurotech).

Red=Indicates nobility. Good stuff happens to you. You get 1mil. Coins a month (the currency is Coins, yes I know, creative), a nice mansion, and pretty much anything you want. You even have a chance at marrying royalty. (1/2)
Orange=Pretty good. You get a nice house, 500k C, and a decent role. Maybe a government job or something. (1/3)
Yellow=Not bad. Ok house, an Ok job range (at best an officer, at worst a shopkeeper). 100k C. (2/8 places)
Green=Eh, could be better. You barely get by. Rundown house, 10k C. (2/4 places)
Blue=You're a slums kid. Good luck-a tiny room, 1k C. But you still can get a job as a newsboy/girl or something. Maybe the gas station. (2/5)
Purple=Uh oh. You live on the streets, you get 200 C. if the government remembers. You probably end up a criminal. (3/5)
Pink-The worst-you only get 100C if the government has anything left over and you basically become a sewer rat. Goad luck getting out of this one. (1/6)

she has worn dresses and doll like clothing from a very young age. she started to adopt the mannerisms of a lolita and desires cute and adorable things. when she was 4 she went outside to see if the sky was prettier without a window in the way and people stared at her as she stared at the sky with a look of pure joy on her face.

after that she went outside every day just to look at the sky and started talking to some of the men and women who came past sometimes receiving cakes or other sweets from them. she developed a really intense sweet tooth after that and at 11 she started to cook the sweets herself and gave them away to those who came past while she was admiring the sky.

Other: Aseurotech approach her on her 15th birthday when she was giving away cakes and looking at the sky as she usually did. the person who approached her asked her to go for a walk with them and she did acting like a little girl and then they started talking and asking questions. because of Her height and childlike appearance she could do things that others would be unable to do because they would think it suspicious were as because she looked like a little kid she could get away with much more.
