I propose that we have a way of select feeding. So we can have the stable hand feed say, stables 1, 3, 4, and 10 for instance but not the others.
Pros:
Feeds specific stables
Saves on price of feeding non essential pets
Allows players better control of feeding rates
Can wait to be adjusted later
Cons:
Possible difficult to program
May slow down server?
Takes time from things that need attention immediately

Is maintaining the stables a big financial burden or something?

No not really just a thought for some of the others. It costs me like 2k to feed mine. I can make that in about five minutes of exploring (and not to mention missions)

I've thought of this idea many times. However, my concern would be slower servers - does that mean slower battles? because I know when I lag like a baws- it can take forever for char to make 1 step forward. As for difficulty in programming and taking time away from immediate things - that's upto to Krin. Also maybe it could be a special feature for the unavailable stable maids - I've seen it say coming soon - It's possible krin may agree with the idea but isn't a priority for now.

Definitely not a major priority, and I wouldn't want it if it would cause site problems. But, I support this if it could be implemented reasonably easily. My mission pets, party members, and project breeders need to be kept fed. The rest, it's not as important.
