What sort of personal items can you hand out? I wanted to hand out some personal items but nothing showed up when I clicked the box.
You can hand out most Festival Brewing Supplies.
You can hand out Fall Festival Avatar Items from the previous year or current year.
You can hand out Trick or Treating Baskets.
You can hand out a lot of various Diamond Shop Philters.
You can hand out Restricted Trait Disruptors.
You can hand out Essences.
You can hand out Pet Costumes.
Possibly more that I'm not thinking of atm.

I believe some of the Trick or Treating Avatar Items were retired for this year. There are still some available though.

Will there be other Avatar items in the Festival Shop? I want to know if I should save more tokens for later, or just buy these and then spend the rest on the Maw of Maddness or Haunted House.

nightfall helds are Rare, nightfall outfits are epic; I'm pretty sure avatar items need to be epic+ to be sent, if I'm remembering right?
