We will be taking the site offline at midnight tonight for a brief period of routine maintenance.

Downtime Begins: Friday, October 25th @ 12 AM
Estimated Duration: 1 Hour

Should be a relatively simple and routine maintenance period. I just need to do a fresh flush on our Database and then reboot the entire Server. First takes about 30ish minutes and the second takes about 15ish minutes.

Server should perform noticeably better after the downtime for tomorrow's Festival. =)

Ok, so, I wasn't the only one then noticing a few hiccups and lag bumps then. Sounds great, best to be prepared beforehand :)

Yea... I did A LOT of query traffic stuff for the Wardrobe. I'm thinking the database's query cache is just completely jacked atm which is causing intermittent lag all throughout the Site since obviously everything relies on the Database.

It should freshen up with a nice clean flush and reboot.
