What do you mean that they aren't sticking? You should be able to just toggle them on and then hit 'Save'.
For Outfit Items, they can't be obtained via the Wardrobe. They have to be collected from in game somewhere - whether from their original place or from the Trade Broker.

Not items, sorry. I meant like how can you buy the ears, the eyes, the mouths, the base things for your avatar, with AP or diamonds before the wardrobe update, those things. I just call them all items sorry if there was some misconception

If a Style is locked, you can click the little pouch icon in the top right corner of the Style to bring up the pop up window to unlock it.

An easy way to do a 'remove all' is to just click the first item on the tab (like held, head, etc) twice. That will equip then unequip that item. This works with all but the outfit for obvious reasons :D
