Recently had an issue occur opening a chest, I'm going to try to be as detailed as possible! I had a box of sculpting supplies in my inventory, and with two empty slots was told I didn't have enough room to open it. I managed to clear enough space for all the things it said it contained, but only two things showed up in my inventory, 4 enriched sands and 6 pink coatings. I checked the sand sculpting page and the player trades and didn't see any of the other items. Did I read the item incorrectly, and was given a random assortment of items or did something go wrong? When I clicked to open it, a message appeared saying I had received all the items (I clicked ok on each) but I only got the sand and pink coating. I didn't report this as a bug incase it was my own mistake, can someone tell me what went wrong? Thank you for any help!

Sculpting boxes should all contain the same things.

By chance did you already have stacks of the other items in your inventory? If, for example, I already have a Siren Tears in my inventory and then open a box of sculpting supplies, it may stack the new Siren Tears with the old ones.

Otherwise I'm not sure. But it's worth checking.

I checked that first, but I didn't have any of the other supplies in my inventory, only items from old festivals. Thank you for the suggestion! It was especially strange since a few did show up. If they aren't there, does that mean this is a bug then?

edit: I found sirens tears through digging, and they didn't appear in my inventory or trades either, scouring my inventory still doesn't make them appear. is there something else I could be missing?

You have plenty of spots in your invent right?

I don't have many spots, but I made sure I had enough to open the box! It originally gave an error because I didn't have enough spots, could that have screwed something up? I cleared it before fully opening it, and all the items appeared in the pop up but only 2 stacks actually appeared in the inventory, leaving other inventory spaces empty.

There was a bug recently about people buying things from the scale shop, and the game just dumping them into the void... I'm not sure if this is the same thing, but it might not hurt to submit a Bug Report so Krin can look into it.
