The Fest Overview states there's avatar items for sale in the Festival Shop, but I see none - only the basic sand sculpting supplies. Am I missing something?

Krin has said there will not be avatar items in fest shop this fest.
"There are a ton of new Avatar Items, 170 NEW in total, available from this year's Summer Festival. Sand Sculpting and Beach Seeking Supplies are also available from the Festival Shop!" < This says there are new avatar items for the fest, not that there are avatar items in fest shop.
