When I wake up again, I take a small drink at the lake again. Picking up the still asleep bulbori, I travel through the woods in the opposite direction from which I came.

The forest seems to thicken the further you go. The tress are wider and older. Red moss creeps up the bark of the Autumn-Like trees. The trees on your left are charred, while the tree on your right are healthy.

How strange, I think to myself. Wanting to investigate the charred trees further, and what might cause them, I turn left through the forest.

You turn into the charred part of the woods. Touching the bark as you pass, charcoal staining your finger tips. A few shadows are seen moving as you progress.

I glance around nervously, holding the bulbori, who I'll name Melancholy (Mel for short) close to my chest. Still not deterred, I carry on, petting Mel's fur in hopes in will calm my nerves

The shadows seem to keep their distance for now, leaving you to your fright. As you reach what seems to be the center 9f the charred forest, a Ryori approaches you.
"Hello... I am the spirit of this part of the forest... I have a quest for you to take..."
The voice of the spirit is shaky and quiet, causing you not to hear her very well.
She is offering you a quest.
Do accept it blindly or Ask for more information?

I frown at the ryori. I would love to take the quest, but I needed more information about it first. "Can you tell me a bit more about what I'm supposed to do?" I question

(Sorry I am always late to responding to you. I keep attempting to respond and hit post but it never posts.)
You look into the shopping district and find clothing stores and shops looking for employees. In the plaza are the same stands as you saw last night. Some of the stand names you cannot read from here.
