Usually for mission pets, you want to focus on one particular stat to boost. Your pet looks to be optimized for health missions, so if you send her on missions that show health as the main stat needed to succeed, she should do very well. If you send her on anything else.... well, she's not optimized for anything else. She has no stat points allocated outside of health, and her armour has stats that are all over the place.

For missions, you want at least 5 different pets: one for each stat that have all their points set to that stat and all of their armour boosting that one stat. Then, make sure you always send the right pet on the right mission, and you won't fail ^.^

Your kelp has proficiency points in three different stats. She'll perform better if you reset them and put all points into one stat. It's best to only focus on one stat with a pet, so many people have multiple mission pets.

This pet is my lv20 strength mission pet. His 566 strength is enough to always succeed with lv20 missions. I don't know what the minimum for lv25 is though.

I would say, get yourself several pets for missions- one specifically for each stat.

If it helps in working it out any, the pets I use for lv 25 HP and Agi (who, yes, I know aren't statted like mission pets, which is because technically they're actually retired battle board pets)
Huberaht has enough HP to typically do Excellently in HP missions with rare occasions of merely succeeding, even with 0 HP profs (but with a vinethorn helm boosting his HP)
Tristus was pulling an occasional "Succeed" last level, but I don't think he has since he leveled up and has been pulling purely Excellents since he hit lv65

Looking at a pet, a lv25 with their prof in a stat and equipped with legendary gear of their level for that stat can have 239 in that stat, so that would presumably be a solid 'success', and looking at Tristus, 600+ is in "Excellent" territory save for rare extremely bad RNG rolls that can't be avoided that net Succeed, 700+ you'll pretty much never see those bad RNG rolls.

I personaly have about 3 groups of 5 mission pets each, so usually I never have ot do easy missions. Well, actually more if you count that I'm using my 70 team since I can't battle with them....

Just a bunch of lvl 60 and above pets. All in my first tab if you want to check it out.
