She takes the food from you with one hand, keeping the other tightly wrapped around the open wound in her leg. She spins around and leans up against the wall on the right of the passageway. Despite her somewhat calmer demeanour, she is still glaring at you.
"Maybe warn the next person you're going to take these 'precautions' with."

Why are you so angry anyways? I ask her, slightly exasperated.
You quietly slip into the town through a small darkened ally way. People line the streets, each running around to complete their own tasks and jobs. Nobody but a pair of children in blue dresses spear you a second glance.
What could only be small shops line the streets, each with their own displays placed in the windows.
Meteorite sits on the ground patiently looking up at you as you slowly sheth the sword again. As you do so the sword emits a faint white glow before dimming.
You make your way across to the stream, hopping along the rocks until you're right on the edge of the water. Looking up and about the first thing that you notice among the rocks is a small cave descending back into the darkness. You could stop and rest there if you wanted to, it would be out of the way and you'd be protected from the elements. Though it may not be safe.
You quietly and cautiously follow the figure eventually coming to walk along the path some distance behind them. A think layer of coloured fog spiralled after the figure that was quickly walking away from you. The fog seemed to be drifting slowly towards you.
The store owner glances down at the two books now sitting together on her counter and smiles brightly. She picks up a black leather-bound book and flips through it searching for the prices of both of the books. Referencing back and forth she finally found the correct prices. Indicating to the one that Amie had asked you to buy she said.
"I believe that one is two silver and, hmm, the other one in is six silver. Are you interested in purchasing them?"
You move quickly around to behind them and stay quiet. They all mutter amongst themselves and glance around slowly, examining the area around the coin.
"Someone must have dropped it, the question is where did they go?"

You walk down the trail keeping an eye the rapidly approaching white. It didn't look much like snow anymore, more like branches. The girls warning flashed through your mind again and you stopped. She couldn't possibly be telling the truth right? They weren't talking... Right?
