I really need to get an exceptional water for my Maj. Griffi, but I'm having a hard time getting one in the Item Sale forums.
After looking around, I can't seem to find were I can purchase a premium water vial, does anyone know where I can get one (Or do any of you have an exceptional ice water)?

Premium waters can be found in the diamond shop or in the snowman exchange.

You have a chance of getting them from certain ice waters when you "open" them in your inventory, but they are rare.
