How long does it take for the chests / presents / nests to regenerate in the locked temple? I have several keys, and I don't want to leave and then unlock it again to find nothing inside.

Around six hours?
You should never find it empty - it was always "full" when I went into it last time.
(edit: last time = last year)
Oh, and expect to have manymanymany keys left over, if you do tasks a lot. :')

The door actually "freezes" and locks itself once you've been in, and won't open until the loot inside has reset so don't worry about entering it and finding nothing :)
