I didn't run into this problem last year but when I try to use an expedient brew agent, i get this error message. 'This Additive can only be used after any Player has created this Brew one time'

Like what the heck? If I had known this in advance, I wouldn't have even bother trying to brew anything at all. Because no offense but, this festival started really late. And not everyone has time to sit there and monitor one brew just for the bonuses, just because it's not the first one you made.

It was mentioned in the festival overview, and they've worked that way for a while.

Give it a few more days, and the first eggs will start rolling out of the cauldrons. Then you can use it.

I am sorry to break this to you but some of us have lives outside of Sylestia. If you release something is this late in the season, not everyone is going to have time to sit there and read through it. And no, this hasn't been this way for a while because it wasn't like this last year. And no, it's not going to be done with in a few days unless you're going to babysit it. Because I don't have time.

Expedient Brews (and all of their counterparts in other Festivals) have always worked the same way. You can't use them on a specific Themed until that Themed has naturally been created first.

This is to make it fair for the race to create the first of each Themed.

Sorry but Somneli is correct. Yes it has worked like that. Sorry your lazy and dont want to read the mega thread, Krin and Fae do a lot for us and are amazing. They are vary busy so be happy that you even get a fest!!

I'm very sorry if my message came off the wrong way... I didn't intend to sound mean. I understand that people have lives outside of the site - I'm a college student.

I meant that other people will probably get eggs done within the next few days, and at that point you can use your expedient agent on it.

Also, I do realize that not everyone reads through the thread in its entirety (I've definitely missed details before). I certainly could have worded that better.
