Greets Krinadon, I had received many personal items while Trick or Treating I scrolled threw all of wardrobe and checked inventory and have not been able to locate them except for one I did find in wardrobe. Is there a delay on when they are given to you? or is there somewhere I'm not checking?
UPDATE: Should anyone else have this problem ....

If you haven't collected the wings already, go to the "trade" dropdown at the top and select 'player trades"
Then hit the "accept non CoD trade" button
Now that you have them collected go to the "account" dropdown and select inventory.
Click the wings in your inventory and then hit the "use item" button. This places the item in your wardrobe.

Gifts received via Trick or Treating initially are sent to your Player Trades.
Once accepted, they will then be sent to your Inventory.
Then you go there and interact with them, such as adding Avatar Items into your Wardrobe.
