I was just wondering what to do about one of my pets that was sent to someone else using one of the forum services. However, that person has disappeared, and I haven't seen the pet for months!

I know Krin intervenes in cases of fraud or cheating. However, this person has been very fair and helpful in the past...they just disappeared from Sylestia on hiatus for an unknown amount of time (which could happen to anyone).

Any thoughts on a course of action? Or should I just say bye-bye to that pet indefinitely?

Probably there's nothing Krin can do... so long as the pet was sold on fair and agreed upon terms, then he probably won't intervene. It's unfortunate, but you may never get the pet back :c

I'd recommend sending a respectful PM to the person just in case s/he ever comes back online. Otherwise, I don't think there's much you can do.

When you say sent, you mean you intended to sell the pet, or it was only sold with a purpose to get it back again?

If you have a written agreement that the pet is supposed to be returned to you, you can try mailing Krin to see what he advises.

But if you intended to sell the pet, and they bought it fairly, then it's likely nothing will be done till they come back online and respond.

Im in the same boat. I sent my Max stat vene to Drascon to be levled and she has been off for a long time. I made an agreement for her to Level Thornwaldhound (my ny'vene) to 60 in exchange for 60k gold. With the amount of time she has been gone I could of leveled him myself and Im rather sad anout not having him back.

Ah, I should clarify. It wasn't a sale, but a situation similar to Draumrkopa.

There was a clear agreement that it would be returned, but they haven't been online.

Maybe I should just send Krin a msg and see what he says...
