Before I send in an Order, do you know whether or not you can draw My Little Pony characters well? (Well meaning better than stick figures and something you feel comfortable/able to draw)

Can you draw this dragon (just the head tho). You can keep the colors the same, but can you add a golden teardrop shaped scale at the corner of her eye like this?
