"I'm not sure about a bow. You could check the pawn shop, they 'ave an assortment of trinkets no one else 'ere has in stock. As for the job, the 'orse trader ordered two lead ropes and two halters from me earlier today." He replies, undeterred by your rambling. He reaches under the counter and holds a box out to you. "I'm pretty busy 'ere with my shop so I don't 'ave time to deliver these to him myself. If you could do it and bring the payment back, I could pay you a bit for yer trouble."

You find a suitable leaf and wrap up the fish, stowing it away in your bag. You were so focused on wrapping up your fish that you almost didn't notice the surprised snort coming from a grey stallion just a few feet away.

"How handsome." Desta takes a slow calm step toward the stallion.

The stallion stumbles back, pinning his ears in warning. He thinks of you as a threat right now.

Desta stops and hold out a hand to the stallion. "Calm down buddy I'm sorry I scared you." She whispered to him.

You finally arrive in the small town, ready to begin your journey. Before doing anything, though, you check your backpack to make sure everything you had packed is still intact. Thankfully, everything is fine.

1 lasso
1 coin pouch - 500 gold coins

You also remember that you had bought a small stables only an hour or so of a trek away, capable of holding 10 horses.

What do you decide to do first?

Not getting the message, he bares his teeth and throws out his head as if to bite you, stopping just short of your fingers before retreating back. You suppose he's trying to scare you away.

Desta takes a step back while keeping her eyes on the stallion. "I'm sorry I scared you." She says quietly to the stallion.

His posture relaxes a bit, relieved that you are backing off. He is no longer baring his teeth but still has his ears pinned back and is eyeing you warily.

Desta steps back more and holds out treat to the stallion. "Are you hungry buddy?"
