Been thinking about something similar to life lines, and then this appeared. A failed attempt at making life lines on luporas, having to stich everything...
I know it's crappy, but it's the best I could do QAQ

I didn't go through all the designs and am really hoping someone didn't do these already XD

Ok, I see a similar idea to mine has been posted...but I'm going to say my idea anyway.
This is for Sylvorpa and it would be called Leaf Design. Or something. I'm not so great at names.
Anyway, this would be very similar to the koi gene. Imagine, the koi gene, but instead of circles, the dots looked more like maple leaves. It would make the Sylvorpa looke like they were covered in a mass of leaves, much like a large pile of leaves. The leaves would all blend together and it would be rather difficult to see any on specific leaf. However, there won't actually be leafs on the Sylvorpa, just spots on the Sylvorpa that look like leaves. Like the koi spots, the leaves will be multiple colors.

A rather late entry, but I've been busy with life!
Here is my idea. It's fairly similar to some leaf designs here, but I hope different enough!
I used the Vulnyx here, as there is only the Runes in the Gene 3, and I thought Vulnyxes needed more genes for Gene 3. But this gene can be used for several Sylestis, I think.
I call this design Falling Leaves, but it can be renamed at your discretion. The general idea is pictured below. The stem or vine near the top of the Sylesti, trying to "drape" or follow the Sylesti's natural curves. A few leaves hanging still on the vine, with several fallen leaves along the legs/fins/tail. There is a small vine on the forehead with one leaf. I was thinking the color of the stem should come from the Gene 3 color, whilst the leaves' color can come from any non-body color. Or the reverse. I'm hoping there is a way to maintain the color gradient in the leaf (perhaps by forcing a gradient based on two of the three main colors?).
Here is an idea for Puffadores, based on the Fall Equinox. (Ignore the extra stars outside of the lineart. They were not visible on the transparent background I was looking at. Sorry!)

An uber late text gene idea ~u~
Puffadore: Super uber cute Bat wings! Imagine them trying to fly with the small wings xD I suppose they would be quite small for puffadore QuQ We could also use them for Nephini, it would be so cool :3
