I looked to Branch. "If you'd prefer to stick around with the other dragons don't let me stop you," I say to him. "Unless you want to come?"

Am I good to start? If so:

Rowan checked her pack, grimacing at how far her food had diminished since she had started out for the fabled dragonlands two months ago. Noting the sign for a trader, she turned her feet northward on what she was sure would not be her last exhausted trudge. Hopefully the last without a companion though. With that motivating thought she picked up her steps, mentally sorting through a list of what she would need for a long expedition.

Branch seemed to want to come with you.

You head back around to the front yard with branch and a handful of crushed up gemstones, Castore asks you to feed the sapphires to Branch first, assuring you thats it's perfectly healthy for the dragon and they even enjoy them as a little treat!

After Branch swallows it he lets out breath of what before had been a powerful greenish breeze but is now a streamlined jet of some form of liquid. That sizzles when it touches the ground

I make a mental note of the gemstone treat, reminding myself that I'll require some method of crushing them up unless Branch can just grind them in his mouth anyway.

In wonder, I watch the mysterious liquid as it hits the ground, sizzling.

An acrid smell hits your nose and Castor quickly writes something down in a notebook he explains after closing it shut "Interesting. I must admit I hadn't expected that. Sapphire with earth dragons seems to create an acidic sort of breath weapon."

"Uh huh," I say, stepping back and wrinkling my nose up against the smell. "And you're still sure it's safe?" concern fills my features as I look back at Branch, seeing if there are any adverse affects.
