~ Raffle Winner ~
Hello everyone! I'm sad to announce that this is the last Raffle for the Winter Carnival. I have decided to close it due to my incapability to respond during the festival seasons. I have decided to host a Valentine themed carnival sometime during the end of January that leds into February. Activities like the ones you see here will be hosted there as well. Hello everyone! Sorry for taking my sweet time in getting these winners up and out, I've been pretty distracted. I hope you all are having an amazing time during this holiday season. I'm sad to announce that this is the final contest of the Winter Carnival for this year. Of course I will be back with this festival thread next year! Anyways, enough of my rambling. The winners of the final Winter Carnival Design Contest are. . .
~ 1st ~ Limor Frozen Waves Luffox
I have never in my life seen waves like this! Not only was it such a big wonder for me, this design was stunning~ The teal and dirty yellow go together so perfectly. This design looks almost exactly like the reference that you provided. The swirls that you added onto their fluffy little tails look beautiful and truly remind me of the swirling waves. Congratulations and fantastic job!

~ 2nd ~ Holycheesemonkeys Frigid Ocean Ferrikki
This design is both beautiful and adorable! I usually only ever go to the beach during the cold seasons so I see beautiful dark waves like this often. The fade to the darker blue on that fluffy tail looks amazing! Adding a bright blue orb makes the colours pop out even better. The light blue and yellow add a wonderful twist to this chilly critter. Congratulations and amazing job!

~ 3rd~ Netherbound Puffadore
I truly do love how calm of an approach you took on this Puff pair. The soft snowy look pairs well with the cold season ahead of us. I'm usually a fan of massive burst of bright colours, but I do enjoy how you stuck to a calm and simple palette. The dark muted blue looks stunning on the butterfly scarf decorating this snowy fuzzball. Congratulations and great job!
