OK, how about Robin Goodfellow?
His Mutation Color 3 is quite good, which is important with Springtimes. Also, he has a Carried trait in the Gene 2 slot. For some reason, very few of the original Springtimes had any Gene 2 traits, so that is the slot where they are often lacking.
Oh, and he has Pearl Armor hidden under that Bandana.
