Took a quick look at your party pets, and I will recommend you to read this guide: https://www.sylestia.com/forums/?thread=45988
Two things you should change: party setup, and equipment.
For party setup, you should really change the fire proficiency tree to something else. Fire is useful for fighting battles with a lot of enemies, such as ambushes. But when it comes to boss fighting, you generally only want to hit one target, so using fire wastes some of the damage points.
Also, for the battle with vierna, every time her minions die, she gets stronger. So using fire causes them to die faster, and the boss gets stronger.
You already have a healer and attacker on your party, so you can consider having a tank pet, so an element like earth or shadow would be good.
For equipment, you need to match the stat boost to the stat profile of the elemental proficiency tree you've chosen.
So air, water, and earth uses physical damage; so they should have equipment that boosts strength, and physical damage (relics). Fire, light, and shadow uses magical damage, so they should have equipment that boosts intelligence, and magical damage (relics). Using the wrong stat boost, or equally-split stat typed equipment means there are stat points that will not be contributing to the damage type your pet will use in battle, so they will be less effective.
If you change these, your party pets will be more effective in battles.
For the battle with vierna, you will also need to take note of the strategy when she becomes the shade. In that battle, she has the ability to suck your pets' mana and turn it into health. This happens about every 5 turns, so you'll need to make sure your pets mana are at 0 by then. Use finishing blows when applicable, then use block or skip to keep the mana low till she uses that move. Keep an eye on the battle log to track when she uses the move. |
