How many pets should a NewB already have? 3 pets (thats just how i feel )

Example if they have a themed or PB should they get another?

Only one Theme/PB per Newb?

If they have a themed tough?

No passing out themes during festivals??

Yes. People put effort into getting them, after all.

it's a pb/ themed worth 1-5k.

Agreed, although depends on themed. Don't give a pair of diff themed zol which they can breed.
Maybe non fabled - 2 themed limit
Fabled - one themed limit (include puff)

If they have a themed tough?
Depends which themed. You can buy them for 1-5k sometimes.

Depends, again which themed.

Yes
Only one Theme/PB per Newb?
Depends on the themed (Like you can get a Tree Moss Lup and a LilyPad Vorp but you can't get a Poision Cloud Ryori and a Flickering Vulynx at the same time)

So Rule will be


** NewBs can aquire up to ask for up to 3 pb/themes

**pb/Themes will not be given out if you have 3 pb/ Themes or more

**Can only ask for one theme/ PB from a stall (to prevent theme depletion form stalls)
